Denice R. Jacoby is an engineer with more than 20 years of experience in product and process development. Her credentials include extensive work in Voice of the Customer analysis, concept generation, design, development, validation, manufacturing, and warranty. She has created and implemented numerous highly efficient and sustainable processes.

Past achievements include refinement of an upfront development toolbox that was used in vehicle validation. In that endeavor, Denice and her team identified and closed more than 30 process gaps. An expert implementer, she has managed solar and wind power green initiatives at major proving ground facilities.

Denice has direct experience in a number of product development and engineering areas, including brake actuation systems, front and rear suspension components, steering systems, and more. A process expert, she has developed DVP&R testing methodology for a variety of products. Because her approach is based on sound engineering principles, she can custom fit today’s most advanced process technology to any engineering or manufacturing project

As a DCYI Vice President, Denice has been instrumental in the growth of the company, working on projects for Chrysler LLC, Tomcar LLC, ENGEN Technologies LLC, Tesla Motors and numerous other clients. Denice holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. Both degrees are in mechanical engineering. She has also completed comprehensive post-graduate work in numerous areas at the Chrysler Institute of Engineering.
